What is Rio Secco like?
Rio Secco is the golf side of Seven Hills in south Henderson. The homes surround Serket Golf Club, the public course Rees Jones designed in 1997 for the Rio hotel, which went by Rio Secco until 2025. The course winds through canyons and along the base of the Black Mountains, so many lots look across the fairways toward the Strip.
Homes range from production houses built around 2000 to custom estates on the hillsides.
Gates differ by neighborhood. Renaissance, 217 Pardee homes from 2001 to 2003, is guard gated and borders the course on three sides, while the others vary, so check each home. St. Rose Dominican's Siena hospital, the St. Rose Parkway shops, and The District at Green Valley Ranch are close, and the 215 is a few minutes away.
