What is Reflection Bay like?

Reflection Bay is what people call the north shore of Lake Las Vegas, the side with MonteLago Village and its restaurants, shops, and boat docks. Reflection Bay Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus course from 1998, runs along the water and is open to the public, with lower rates for Clark County residents.

You can walk to dinner or book a tee time without joining anything, which sets it apart from guard gated SouthShore across the lake.

The homes vary a lot. Condo buildings like Luna di Lusso and the Viera sit in and near the Village, villas and condos like Tramonto and Vila di Lago dot the hills, and Parker Point Estates is a gated custom neighborhood on the course. Every home pays the Lake Las Vegas master association, and most neighborhoods and condo buildings add dues of their own. Some Village buildings started as condo hotels, so read each building's rules. Buyers 55 and over can also look at Del Webb Lake Las Vegas.
