What is TPC Summerlin like?

TPC Summerlin opened in 1991, one of the first things built in Summerlin. The PGA TOUR owns it as a private club, with a course by Bobby Weed, and it hosted the TOUR's Las Vegas stop for decades. The homes around it, in The Hills village, followed over the next ten to fifteen years.

Most sit in guard gated enclaves: Tournament Hills for big custom estates on half-acre lots, Country Club Hills for semi-custom homes, Eagle Hills on higher ground, and Coleman Homes' Corta Bella.

Montaire, Santa Barbara, and the Terraces add homes near the course at other price points. Owning a home here does not come with a club membership. Golfers who would rather not join can play the public TPC Las Vegas in The Canyons. Each home pays the Summerlin North master association plus its neighborhood association.
