Stonebridge is one of the Summerlin villages closest to Red Rock Canyon, on high ground just north of Charleston Boulevard. Homes here date from 2018 on, and the raised setting gives a lot of streets a look across the valley one way and toward the mountains the other.

Stonebridge Park sits in the middle, with lighted soccer fields, pickleball, and a playground. A new paved trail toward Red Rock starts at Charleston and Sky Vista, and Downtown Summerlin is about seven minutes away.

National builders such as KB Home, Lennar, Pulte, Toll Brothers, Richmond American, Woodside, and Tri Pointe built the neighborhoods, from smaller two story plans to homes near 4,500 square feet. Heritage at Stonebridge is a staff gated 55+ neighborhood by Lennar with its own clubhouse and pool. The builders have finished here, so most homes come up as resales.
