What is Redpoint like?

Redpoint is one of Summerlin's newest neighborhoods, up on the higher ground west of the 215 Beltway and north of Far Hills Avenue. The first homes sold in late 2020, so you get modern floor plans and a look back across the valley from a lot of streets.

Green space runs right through it. The Redpoint Arroyo follows Redpoint Drive with play areas and shaded seating, and a paseo and a pocket park sit between the neighborhoods. Downtown Summerlin is about eight minutes away.

Eight builder neighborhoods make up Redpoint, from Taylor Morrison's all single story Savannah to Pulte's Carmel Cliff, where plans reach past 4,500 square feet. Acadia Ridge by Toll Brothers is gated, and The Arches by Lennar includes a NextGen suite in every plan. Redpoint Square, next door, is where most of the townhomes are.
