What is Solera at Anthem like?
Solera is Anthem's second, smaller 55+ community. Del Webb built it between 2003 and 2009 and finished with about 1,800 single-story homes, small enough that people know their neighbors. Every home for sale now is a resale.
Homes run small to mid size. Detached plans are about 1,100 to 1,800 square feet, and the attached duplex and triplex plans are around 1,500 square feet with two bedrooms and a den, which makes Solera one of the lower priced ways into Anthem.
The 24,000 square foot clubhouse has a pool and spa, a fitness room, four tennis courts, four bocce courts, a library, and rooms for cards and crafts. Solera has its own association, separate from Sun City Anthem, and residents do not use the Sun City centers. The public Revere Golf Club and the Sloan Canyon trails are a short drive.
