Listing information

Listings on this site come from LVR through its Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program. The information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Listings may be sold, withdrawn, or changed at any time.

IDX information is provided exclusively for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. Listings held by other brokerages are marked with the listing brokerage where the MLS requires it.

Estimates and calculators

Payment, affordability, and net proceeds calculators, market numbers, and home value estimates are illustrations to help you think. They are not appraisals, loan offers, or legal, tax, or financial advice. Your lender, escrow officer, appraiser, and advisors set the real numbers.

Accounts

You can create a free account to save homes and searches. Your starting password is the phone number you gave us, or your first name if you did not give one. You can change it at any time in your account, and you are responsible for activity under your account. We may close accounts that are used to scrape listings or abuse the site.

Communications

When you give us your phone number on a form, you agree that we may call you about your request. When you also tick the texting box, you agree to receive texts about real estate from us at that number, including marketing. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

No agency relationship

Using this site does not by itself make us your real estate agent. An agency relationship begins only when you sign an agreement with us, as Nevada law requires.

Fair use of the site

You agree not to copy listing data in bulk, use automated tools to scrape the site, interfere with its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content and links

The design, text, and photos on this site belong to Vegas Paradise Homes or to the people who licensed them to us, and may not be reused without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or relying on its information.

Governing law and changes
