What is The Summit Club like?
The Summit Club is the private club community at the very western edge of Summerlin, where the homes look out at Red Rock Canyon on one side and the Strip skyline on the other. Discovery Land Company built it with Howard Hughes, and everything centers on a Tom Fazio golf course that opened in 2017.
The clubhouse is where people gather, with Geno's for dinner, a sushi bar, a market, lounges, and a resort pool. Staff will set up a mountain bike ride, a hike, or a horseback trip in the desert, and there are programs and a fishing pond for kids.
You can choose a custom estate homesite and build, a Club Village home near the clubhouse, or a suite in the clubhouse buildings. Behind the guard gate there are about 260 residences on more than 600 acres. The club is members-only, so plan on sorting out membership, dues, and association fees with the club early in your search.
