What is The Trails like?
The Trails is one of Summerlin's first villages, started in 1993 in the north part of the community. Thirty years in, the trees are tall, the landscaping has filled in, and the streets feel settled in a way the newer villages out west have not reached yet.
Much of what you need is close. The Trails Village Center has shopping on Village Center Circle, the Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center is right next door, and The Trails Park and Pool and the community center are inside the village.
Every home here is a resale, and the mix runs from single family homes to condos and townhomes. The Hills and Sun City Summerlin are next door, and Downtown Summerlin is about ten minutes away by car.
