What is Heritage at Cadence like?
Heritage at Cadence is a gated 55+ neighborhood that Lennar began in 2015 inside Cadence, the 2,200-acre master plan in east Henderson. It was Lennar's first 55+ neighborhood in Henderson and was planned for about 980 homes.
Homes are single-family and attached, mostly two or three bedrooms, from about 1,200 to 3,200 square feet. Since everything is ten years old or newer, buyers spend more time comparing floor plans and lots than worrying about repairs.
The Heritage Recreation Center has a fitness center, an indoor lap pool, a cafe, a ballroom, and rooms for crafts and games, with pickleball and bocce outside. Resident clubs cover everything from photography to ukulele. Owners also share Cadence's parks and trails, including the 50-acre Central Park. Owners pay the Cadence master association and the Heritage association, and Cadence says there are no SID or LID fees.
