What do we collect?

Information you give us:

• Your name, email, and phone number when you contact us, request a tour, ask for a home value, start listing alerts, or create an account.
• Anything you write in a message, the address of a home you ask us to value, and the times you pick for a tour.
• Your account password, which we store only in hashed form and never email back to you.

What do we collect automatically?

When you browse, we record the pages and listings you view, the homes and searches you save, and basic technical details such as your browser, device, and IP address. If you have an account, your viewing history is linked to it so your listing alerts can follow what you look at.

How do we use it?

To answer you and help you buy or sell a home. Specifically:

• Replying to your questions, scheduling tours, and preparing home values.
• Running your account: saved homes, saved searches, and recently viewed homes.
• Sending listing alerts. When you create an account we start an alert based on the homes you view. You can change it, pause it, or stop it any time from your account or the unsubscribe link in any alert.
• Calling or texting you about real estate when you have agreed to it.
• Keeping the site secure, preventing abuse, and improving how it works.
• Meeting legal and licensing record-keeping requirements.

What about text messages?

We text you only after you tick the texting box on one of our forms, or text us first. The box starts empty and you can send any form without it. Texts can include marketing, such as new listings and market updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying or selling anything.

We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Who do we share it with?

Only these people and companies, and only for the reasons given:

• Our agents and staff at The Closing Day Real Estate Group at LPT Realty, to help you.
• Service providers who run parts of the site for us, such as hosting, email and text delivery, and maps. They may use your information only to provide that service.
• A lender, inspector, or other professional, only when you ask us to introduce you.
• Anyone we are legally required to share with, such as in response to a court order.
• A buyer of our business, if the business is sold or merged, under this same policy.

What cookies does the site use?

Cookies that the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering that you have registered, and counting the listings you have viewed. One more cookie remembers how you first found the site, such as the website or ad link you came from and the first page you saw, for up to 90 days, and we keep that with any request you send us or account you create. A few preferences, such as a view you picked, are kept in your browser.

Maps are drawn by Google Maps and videos play through YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies when you use them.

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, this section will list each tool and how to opt out.

What choices do you have?

• See, correct, or delete your information: change it in your account, or contact us and we will do it.
• Stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
• Close your account at any time by contacting us.
• Your browser can block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site, such as signing in, will not work without them.
• We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

What if you live in Nevada, California, or another state with privacy rights?

We do not sell personal information. Residents of Nevada, California, and other states with consumer privacy laws may still ask what we hold about them, ask us to delete it, or ask us not to sell it. Contact us using the details below and we will verify your request and respond as the law requires. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

How long do we keep it, and how is it protected?

We keep your information while your account is open or while we are helping you, and afterward as long as real estate licensing and tax rules require. Passwords are hashed, the site runs over encrypted connections, and access is limited to the people who need it.

Is the site for children?

No. The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn we have, we delete it.
