What is Heritage at Stonebridge like?
Heritage at Stonebridge is a gated 55+ neighborhood by Lennar, up on the west edge of Summerlin where Red Rock Canyon fills the view. It opened in 2021, so the homes are newer, with open floor plans from about 1,200 to about 2,900 square feet.
Most of the social life happens at the clubhouse, which has a resort pool and spa, a heated lap pool, a fitness center, and pickleball and bocce courts. Stonebridge Park is just outside the gate, and Downtown Summerlin is about eight minutes away.
There are 421 homes in three collections: the smaller Cromwell plans, the mid-size Stirling plans, and the larger Evander plans, one of which has a NextGen suite. The first mile of the Red Rock Legacy Trail opened in 2026 near Charleston and Sky Vista, a short drive from the gate.
