How many Las Vegas Strip View Condos homes are for sale at each price?
Las Vegas Strip View Condos has 368 homes for sale. The most, 90, are priced under $300K.
Which Las Vegas towers have the best Strip views?
Sky, Veer, and the Waldorf Astoria put you on the Strip, Panorama Towers and The Martin look across at it, and One Queensridge Place sees the whole skyline from the west. Each tower has its own page with live listings.

What is it like to live with a Strip view?
A Strip view is what your out-of-town friends will talk about. After dark the Boulevard lights up from Mandalay Bay to the Sphere and Fontainebleau, and the New Year's Eve fireworks go off right outside the glass. Many view buyers use the condo as a second home or a base for work on the Strip, and they end up on the balcony more than they planned.
How close you are changes daily life. In a Boulevard tower like Sky or Veer, you walk to dinner and shows and live with crowds, sirens, and event traffic. From Panorama Towers or The Martin on Dean Martin Drive, you look across I-15 at the center Strip and get home without touching Las Vegas Boulevard. From One Queensridge Place or a hillside condo in Henderson, the skyline is a picture on the horizon about 20 minutes away.
Price follows direction and floor more than anything else. A low floor facing the Strip may look at a parking garage, and an open view today can close when a new tower goes up. In the towers west of I-15 the Strip side faces east, which is easier in summer than west facing glass. Plan around race week each November, when the Las Vegas Grand Prix closes roads around the Strip for several days, and around big events at T-Mobile Arena and Allegiant Stadium.
Several Strip view towers, including MGM Signature, Trump, and Vdara, run as hotels, which limits financing. Ask your lender about the building before you get attached to a unit.
What should you check before buying a Strip view condo?
See the view from the unit at night, ask what could be built in front of it, and price it against sold units on the same side and floor.
- See it at night
Visit after dark and stand on the balcony, not in the lobby or the listing photos. The view field can mean a full view or a slice between buildings.
- Direction and floor
Ask which way the unit faces and how high it sits, and compare its price with sold units on the same side of the same tower. Appraisers will.
- What could block it
Look at the empty lots and older low buildings between the unit and the Strip, and ask the county or city what is planned there. Nothing protects a view you pay extra for.
- Noise and light
Check the unit on a Friday night. Sirens, club music, helicopters, and the glow from signs reach high floors near the Boulevard.
- Event traffic
Race week in November closes roads around the Strip, and big games and concerts fill the streets near the arenas. Ask how residents get in and out of the garage on those nights.
- Dues, reserves, and the lender
Strip view towers are often staffed buildings with high dues, so read the reserve study and two years of minutes. Condo-hotels run as hotels and Fannie Mae will not buy those loans, so ask your lender early.
What does it cost to own a Strip view condo in Las Vegas?
At the live median list price of $449,999 and 20 percent down, here is the monthly cost. Dues in the Strip towers are high and change by building and unit size, so check them on each listing and adjust the numbers.
- Principal and interest$2,275
- Property tax$225
- Home insurance$100
- HOA dues$0

Which Las Vegas condos have the best Strip views?
For the closest views, towers on the Boulevard like Sky Las Vegas, Veer Towers, and the Waldorf Astoria. For a full look across at the center Strip, Panorama Towers and The Martin. For the whole skyline at a distance, One Queensridge Place on the west side.
Does every unit in a Strip tower have a Strip view?
No. In most towers one side faces the Strip and the other faces the mountains, and lower floors may look at other buildings. Check the side and floor of each unit.
How much more does a Strip view cost?
It depends on the tower, the floor, and how open the view is. The clearest answer comes from comparing sold units on the Strip side and the mountain side of the same building, and we can pull those for you.
Are there Strip view condos outside the high rises?
Some. Hillside condos and townhomes in Henderson and on the west side can see the skyline, and their listings mark it in the view field. Those views are farther away and quieter.
Can you finance a Strip view condo?
In a regular condo tower, usually yes. Condo-hotels like MGM Signature, Trump, Palms Place, and Vdara run as hotels, and Fannie Mae does not buy loans there, so most of those sales are cash.
Can you see the Grand Prix from a Strip view condo?
From some upper floor units that face the course, yes. The race runs on Las Vegas Boulevard, Koval Lane, Harmon Avenue, and Sands Avenue in November, and nearby roads close for several days.
How is this list made?
It shows every condo and high rise listing whose view field includes the Strip. The listing agent fills that in, so confirm the view from the unit.
How do I find the schools for a home in Las Vegas?
Public schools in Las Vegas are assigned by home address through the Clark County School District, and the lines can change from year to year. Look up any address with the district's zoning search, and read each school's public report on the Nevada Report Card.
