What is Inspirada like?

Inspirada is a master-planned community in the far south of Henderson, next to Anthem and Seven Hills, with mountain views and newer homes on almost every street. Most were built from 2014 on, after the builders restarted the project that the 2008 crash had paused.

Parks are the reason people move here. There are seven of them, with pools, splash pads, pickleball, dog parks, and an amphitheater, plus a farmers market and seasonal festivals put on by the association.

You will find everything from townhomes to larger single family homes, from builders such as KB Home, Toll Brothers, Pardee, and Lennar, and some neighborhoods are gated. Ellis Elementary and Pinecrest Academy Inspirada are right in the community, and the M Resort is about eight minutes away.
