What is The Legends like?
The Legends is a gated Lennar neighborhood in the southern part of Southern Highlands, near St. Rose Parkway and the I-15. Lennar finished it around 2017 and has sold out, so homes come up only as resales.
Unlike Cortona next door, it has both one-story and two-story plans. Some homes have Lennar's Next Gen suite, a private space with its own entrance, bedroom, bath, kitchenette, and laundry.
Homes came with Lennar's Everything's Included features, such as granite counters, stainless appliances, a washer and dryer, 9 foot ceilings, and covered patios. The M Resort and the shops on St. Rose Parkway are a short drive. Owners pay the Southern Highlands master association plus a neighborhood association. The private Southern Highlands Golf Club to the west sells memberships separately.
