What is The Cove like?
The Cove is a gated part of southern Southern Highlands at St. Rose Parkway and Southern Highlands Parkway, a minute or two west of the I-15. Pulte and Woodside Homes started building around 2017, and the plan called for about 400 homes in five smaller neighborhoods.
Residents get something the nearby neighborhoods lack: a private pool and park with turf and walking paths, plus trails that link to the rest of Southern Highlands.
The range of homes is wide for one gate. Woodside's Passages at The Cove has plans of about 1,500 to 2,516 square feet, and Pulte's Retreat, Horizon, and Shoreline collections go past 4,600 square feet, some with three-car garages. Cortona and The Legends are just north. Owners pay the Southern Highlands master association and The Cove association, and golf club membership is not part of the deal.
