What is Cortona like?
Cortona sits behind a gate at the south end of Southern Highlands, close to where St. Rose Parkway meets the I-15. Lennar built it as its fourth neighborhood in the master plan, mostly from about 2016 to 2021. The builder has sold out, so every home on the market is a resale.
All seven floor plans are two stories, from about 1,465 to 2,713 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and a two-car garage. Many have a loft or bonus room, and a few have two primary suites.
It is one of the lower priced ways to get newer construction in Southern Highlands. The Legends is next door, The Cove is just south, and the M Resort is about five minutes away. Owners pay the Southern Highlands master association and the Cortona association. Buying here does not include a membership at Southern Highlands Golf Club.
