What is Olympia Ridge like?
Olympia Ridge is on the hillside at the south end of Southern Highlands Golf Club, along streets like Olympia Ridge Drive and Clearview Summit Drive. Getting in means passing the club's staffed guard gates and then a gate of its own, and patrols drive the streets inside.
This is where custom building still happens in Southern Highlands. Olympia Companies opened Olympia Ridge Estates in 2024, with homesites from about a third of an acre to five acres, many looking out over the valley or the course.
The design rules allow Tuscan and Italianate homes as well as contemporary and modern ones, so much of the new construction looks different from the rest of the community. Blue Heron is one of the builders here, and lot buyers can bring their own architect. Golf membership is separate and not included. The Masters sits next door inside the same gates.
