What is The Masters like?
The Masters is a neighborhood inside Southern Highlands Golf Club, on the south side of the course next to Olympia Ridge. You reach it through one of the club's three staffed gates, then follow private, tree-lined roads to streets like Grand Masters Drive.
Homes are larger single-family houses with Mediterranean styling, many around 4,000 square feet or more. It suits buyers who want a guard gate without buying one of the big custom estates.
A home here does not make you a club member. The Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Jr. course, with its clubhouse, dining, tennis, and spa, sells memberships on its own. Dues run higher than outside the club gates because owners help pay for the guards and private roads. Olympia Ridge is next door, and the M Resort is about five minutes away.
