What is Villages at Tule Springs like?
Villages at Tule Springs is one of the newest master-planned communities in North Las Vegas, stretched along the 215 Beltway on the north side of the valley. The first homes went up after a 2017 groundbreaking, so you get current floor plans from builders like Pardee, KB Home, Lennar, and Tri Pointe.
The big draw is Tule Springs Regional Park, with ball fields, courts, a playground, and a splash pad. Beyond the north villages lies the Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument, open desert protected for its Ice Age fossils, and Aliante Casino is about five minutes away.
The plan allows up to 8,683 homes in four villages, and KB Home won approval in 2025 for more than 700 more lots north of the Beltway, so new construction will be around for a while. Each home pays a master association and a village association. The regional park was closed for about two years over an association dispute and reopened in April 2026, so it is worth reading the association's records before you buy.
