Valley Vista is a young master-planned community in North Las Vegas, sitting just above the 215 Beltway at Decatur Boulevard. The first homes went up in 2017 and the last were finished in January 2026, so the whole neighborhood is new, with most homes built by D.R. Horton and Lennar.
Three parks give it a lot of room to play. Galaxy Park has two dog parks, disc golf, and lighted pickleball courts, Atlas Park has a splash pad, and two trails tie the neighborhoods together. Aliante's shops and casino are about five minutes away.
The master association is a modest $57 a month, and a home may add a subdivision association. Homes also repay a special improvement district that paid for the streets and sewer lines, so look at the tax bill as well as the HOA dues. The association says an elementary school and an Albertsons are planned nearby.
